Fernanda Farías is a Registered Nurse in both her country of origin and Australia, with extensive clinical experience in Intensive Care, Emergency Department, and Aged Care settings. Her strong hospital background has equipped her with advanced clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to respond confidently to complex and high-risk situations.

Currently, Fernanda provides clinical leadership within the team, overseeing and supporting Enrolled Nurses while delivering staff training and competency assessments. She conducts a range of clinical assessments, including wound care, continence assessments, falls risk assessments, mental health reviews, and other comprehensive health evaluations. In addition, she visits participants in their homes to provide wound management, diabetes monitoring, medication management, and other nursing interventions.

Fernanda is highly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of clinical care. Her leadership, experience, and commitment to quality make her an essential part of the Abu Care team.
